COLLAROY HOUSE
The owners of this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Collaroy came to us with the brief to renovate and freshen up some key areas internally to create comfortable, tranquil spaces for them to enjoy moving into their retirement.
The home had been leased out for many years prior, so when they returned, their memories of the home were fond but they felt less connected to the house and wanted to incorporate a design style that resonated more closely with their design aesthetic.
Drawing inspiration from the natural coastal surrounds, TM Design Studio transformed the outdated bedrooms, wet areas and living area. We maintained a neutral colour palette, incorporating natural timbers, sandstone and soft blue hues to bring warmth and a sense of calm to the home.
